Are you ready to release bodily and mental tension? Are you in need of that now? Most of us are. What’s your first line of defense against parasites, bacteria, viruses, corrupt news and rude people? Maybe you need to combat depression and anxiety, instead of “letting them happen” to you. Or still, maybe, you’re pretty good with the mental part, but your body could really use some “boosters” with all that’s going around these days.
Let’s face it, pharmaceutical medications come with a horrid host of side effects piled on top of side effects people are already suffering from due to the concoctions put in vaccines, blood thinners, blood pressure meds, cholesterol prescriptions and chemotherapy.
Then there’s fluoride-loaded tap water, flu shots, conventional gluten, canola oil and refined sugar. A ton needs fixing, and if you’re not aggressive about preventative actions now, the tsunami that’s coming in January 2021 might wipe you off the face of the earth, instead of just “stressing you out to the max.”
We’re all experiencing similar stressful situations right now, brought on by all kinds of different variables. You may be experiencing road rage yourself, or from other jerks on the road who hog your lane, cut you off or run red lights. Near accidents can drain your adrenals through increased heart rate, slower digestion and spiked hormones. Many couples and relatives find themselves in horrible verbal (and even physical) fights over politics now, like never before. This too is very taxing on the body and mind.
Then there’s low grade stress, that can add up fast. People have their credit cards maxed out due to Covid lockdowns and business shutterings. Others have had to move to smaller homes or apartments just to remain afloat. Many people have lost their jobs, increased or begun drug use or simply started drinking more alcohol. Most medical doctors, at that point, start slinging toxic prescription medications to cover up the symptoms, and your problems quickly spiral out of control. What to do?
Stressed about all the viruses going around, and all those sheeple about to get jabbed with a dangerous, highly experimental covid vaccine? You should be. The can shed the live virus just as easily as a sugar-fiend catches a head cold. Get some high potency oil of oregano (try the 1500mg supplement) and you WON’T be wiping out all that good gut bacteria either. Talk about Nature’s antibiotic and antiviral weapon of self-defense.
In most parts of the United States right now, the sun is not warm enough for the human body to create ample vitamin D3 (October through April). When you supplement with D3 (cholecalciferol), it transforms in the body into a hormone that promotes phosphorous and calcium absorption from food, plus it gives the immune system that much needed boost during the cool and cold months.
This antioxidant is high in sulfur compounds. Buy organic so it’s clean, and combat stress, depression and anxiety. It also happens to be one of Nature’s strongest antibiotics, so be sure to ask your doctor (naturopath).
You can get high quality B-vitamins all grouped into one capsule. This will promote proper nervous system function and brain health. When your body is lacking the B-vitamins, physical and mental stress can decrease the production of neurotransmitters that regulate your mood. This lack of B-vitamins can even lead to depression and anxiety after months of deficiency. Be sure to buy water-soluble. Doses may vary for your physiology, so be sure to check with your nutritionist or naturopathic physician.
Talk about first line of defense for immunity, there’s nothing in this world like chaga mushrooms. They grow out of the bark of trees and absorb all those amazing nutrients that the trees get from the soil. Chaga mushrooms offer one of the highest forms of nutrition known to mankind, or “not known” if you live in the USA, where the FDA and CDC like you sick and dying a slow, expensive death. Chaga mushrooms are anti-cancer fungus too, so take that!
You can take licorice root as a supplement in capsule form or make a nice hot cup of licorice root tea this winter. This will give your gut a boost and thus fortify your immune system too. You may have heard it called the “sweet root” because it’s naturally sweet, and you might like adding some ginger root or cinnamon sticks for some extra spice and zest.
Did you know that even low doses of ashwagandha can fight chronic stress? There’s not one single medical doctor in America that will tell you that, because it won’t make them any money. Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb that assists in regulating stress hormones and decreasing inflammation. We could all use some of that right about now.
